Game Garden Route

Bought a Smart Google TV a few months ago from a very smart aleck salesman! Took the TV in for evaluation and repair two weeks ago. The lady behind returns counter was very helpful and well mannered. However I'm still waiting for the TV or my money back. Management appears to be non existent.

Saturday 15 November sitting now and waiting for assistance at the bicycle department, asked 3 times for assistance and the response is i will call someone now, nee wat horrible customer care... going to make a huge wobbles now

Use to buy from Game a lott but recently their prices are getting more expensive and some items even more expensive than Spar. They always had a lot off specials but it's getting less and less. Their 5 Rose's tea the red box is way to exspensive. So I will shop more from Spar now on.

We needed a new fridge; went to 3 other stores looking at fridges, and were a bit put-out by the assistants lack of knowledge, or interest in, the fridges on sale. Then we went to Game, where, immediately, the gentleman in the fridge section, came forward and explained what was on offer, in the most friendly way. We bought one on his recommendation. At home, disaster!. The brand new fridge had a major factory fault. We contacted this gentleman who, immediately, said it would be instantly replaced, but, to satisfy us, and himself, that this replacement unit did not have the same problem, he would like to run the new one, in the store, for us to check. This he did; we checked, and new fridge is on its way to us. We would recommend this store, and definitely this gentleman, to any one seeking a new major appliance. ( the gentleman in question is Shaneal Wildeman: he deserves a big raise!)

We had to interrupt 3 staff members who was having a good time socializing on the sales floor. After seeking service we got treated with zero respect by a young man with no product knowledge. At the tills we had to wait again for staff to finish their conversations. Finally we got home just to see the item we bought has clearly been used as a demonstration model. Now we must drive back to that horrific store to return a used item!!! Totally unprofessional, unhelpful and unacceptable!!

I would make it a zero if possible. We received a game voucher as a present, and decided to spend it for our daughter for toys for her birthday. In the isle there are marketing material that states 40% of ALL toys, but when you get to the till, then it's only on certain toys. We were not able to purchase a teddybear Also to top it off there where issues with the voucher. Voucher "didn't work"
