Friendly young man that helped me....extremely patient and helpful. Went the extra mile for me and carry my bag of dog food to my vehicle
Pet Smart York is incredible!!! The lady and gentleman staff members are exceptional. Every time I had a concern over my Jack Russell, Bruno, they were my pet store of number one preference. Both staff members, first and foremost, are genuine, exceptionally helpful, kind and (what I appreciate the most) KNOWLEDGEABLE on animals and how their store can optimally support. Once, when I had a concern overy aquarium, they directed me to the perfect outlet even. I highly, highly, highly and completely confidently recommend this store for all your pet's needs. They will not try to sell you products you do not need. Plus, both staff members display an equally passionate and genuine care for the wellbeing of animals - this is a real blessing. Forever love Adrian Nelson
