Vitalvet - York Street

Having pricing for basic services on website was a gamechanger for me and I immediately booked. Staff was friendly en super helpful.

Friendly staff. Helpful and even helped carry my purchases to my vehicle. Great place

Best Detal treatment, affordable, My two Doggy-Kids had the best treatment & now sit with wagging tails.. & sparkling white teeth, thank you Dr Awie & Dr Suzi... you are the best!!! Doebie & Snowy will definitely visit you every time we are here, on holiday - they appreciate the love & wonderful care they received today ❤ Here's Doebie & Snowy, with their new toy & sparkling new clean teeth.. just amazing

Great service, reasonable prices and went the extra mile to source the brand of food we needed for our dogs.

Let this be the last place you take your pets. The staff are EXTREMELY unfriendly and rude. They are not helpful at all, and treat you as if you are bothering them during their work day. Mind you, they are the FIRST PEOPLE you see when you walk in, they don’t greet, they don’t ask how they can help you, and when you start stating your case and asking questions, you are given one words answers and quips. I went there 5 years ago and was met with the same awful service and disdain. Sad that 5 years later, nothing has changed. I hope in my heart of hearts, that this treatment is not only reserved for a certain demographic and class, but it’s starting to feel like it. I would never entrust my pet to them, because if I the human felt uncomfortable there, I sure won’t leave them with my pet.

Exceptional Staff, friendly, kind and knowledegable. Great product range, and willing to advise or find options if they dont have what your looking for!

The staff at vitalvet is always super kind. I come buy my kitty litter and food here and ever since my second visit the staff has remembered who I am and who my cat is. The staff is also just super helpful!
