Pet Pool & Fire (Gqeberha)

Went in to get some advice on water leaking from the drain/backwash pipe while in filter position. Thought I would have to replace the MPV ( multi port valve ) but received great advice from Manie at the Port Elizabeth branch in William Moffat. It turned out I just needed to replace the MPV wheel gasket at only R99.00 instead of R539.00 . Also great service from Chantal the cashier. Keep up the good work. PS Also running great specials at the moment.

Very impressed with the service received. From the phone call about my dog food with Alicia, explaining the situation right trough. The service on the phone as well as in store was exceptional. Chantals service was friendly and helpful. Ibenati assisted with my query and refund in an exceptional manner. Hassle free exchange. A good selection of goods on the pet side. Didn't visit the pool section. Helpful floor staff. The counter staff did not offer any bags as usual today though - we had to carry all our items out. And no, I did not ask for one either being so accustomed to being asked at just about every store these days. 10/09/22 Update : Floor staff gr8, counter staff need more training on the products you sell.

We had a great experience the people on the floor helped us with what we needed in the pool area and the cashiers was also so friendly. This place will definitely see us again soon.

WOW best service I've had in a long time and their pricing is pretty good too. Luthando was super helpful and very friendly - but of course PE is the friendly city😁He is from Tsolo in the Transkei and is certainly an asset to the shoppers of PE. Wheelchair parking is available and access to the shop was great from the parking area. The shop is well laid out and wheelchair shoppers will have no problem shopping here. The shop also has one of the best wheelchair bathrooms in PE, the architects that designed the Boardwalk shopping centre should be sent here for retraining! Thanks for a great shopping experience😁😁😁ps Izzi loves her new toy 🐒
