Pets Lab GQ

LOVED visiting Pets Lab GQ. All the way from Jeffreys bay and I will make sure I visit the shop with each PE trip. Friendly staff, great variety. Definitely worth a visit!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing service! Pets Lab GQ is hands-down the best in town. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm, friendly smiles and staff who genuinely care about both you and your pets. The store is spotless, well-organized, and a pleasure to browse through. Prices are incredibly reasonable — in fact, I’d say they have the best prices in town. Everyone is always willing to go the extra mile to help you find exactly what you need. You can tell they truly love what they do. Highly recommend Pets Lab GQ to every pet owner — you won’t find a better combination of great service, great products, and unbeatable value.

My mom and I recently visited Pets Lab GQ to buy dog food for our four dogs, and we had such a great experience! The lady who assisted us was incredibly kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. She took the time to help us choose the right brand for our dogs and clearly knew what she was doing. We truly appreciated her guidance. A big thank you also to the gentleman who kindly helped us carry the dog food — both of them made our visit so pleasant. Even though I’m sorry I forgot their names, their excellent service will not be forgotten!

Absolutely phenomenal shop!!! Staff extremely friendly and willing to help. They definitely go the extra mile to make you feel like a person and not just a number!! Do yourself a favour and just pop around and see for yourself!!

Everyone at Pet Labs GQ is extremely helpful and genuinely knowledgeable about animals. I always feel confident asking for advice because they take the time to answer my questions and suggest the best options for my pets. They stock a wide variety of products for all kinds of animals, from birds and bunnies to lizards and snakes.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely love this pet shop! The staff are incredibly friendly and genuinely care about helping you and your pets needs, not just about making a sale. They always go out of their way to answer any questions I have, no matter how small. It’s clear they’re passionate about animals and making sure you leave with the right information and products for your pet. Highly recommend this place it’s a gem!
