The uMngeni SPCA

Amazing, friendly staff, super helpful

We're massive fans of this SPCA. The staff on site are always Incredibly friendly and have gone out of their way to help us. The facilities are in good condition and are well taken care of. It's easy to navigate the premises and there is always someone available to guide you if you're not sure where to go. The parking is also thoughtfully laid out to both serve customers/visitors and also to allow passage for the emergency vehicles from the SPCA. Keep it up!

To be told one thing and then get slamed with a bill when it wasnt discussed, to be laughed at in our fce and told you can go pay 25k some where else....how do you people function? feeling very hurt and upset.... honestly thought more of all of you, this says alot about this place. we support the SPCA 100% but to laugh at some in the face when asked if we allowed to pay off is disgusting and shamful on the staffs part. an apologie is needed. honestly very disappointed in the behavior.

Finding a vet who can care for a parrot is extremely difficult in PMB! In the absence of my usual vet, I came across Dr Margie Roach. My Blue Fronted Amazon was weak, lethargic and wouldn't eat. I honestly thought it was the end, as birds can go from healthy to extremely unwell very fast. Anyway, my story has a very happy ending, three days of treatment and Freddie is raring to go again!! Thank you Dr Roach and to your wonderful reception lady whose name I didn't get. Great team.

My experience and care that was taken with my elderly cat Elgie was absolutely tops. Thank you to all staff involved. I would love to volunteer my services if ever needed

Melissa has been extremely helpful and efficient.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. We needed a place to keep our kittens while we went on holiday and they were able to make a plan for us last minute. Nel at reception was very helpful. Went out of her way to help us and make us feel at ease.
