The Besh bro! Great service and lovely staff. Basetsana was extremely helpful and welcoming. Often imitated never duplicated. The store was neatly ordered and staff 👌A+
Thank you so Much Imaan and Adrianna- you both are always so kind to my fur baby. Thank you Imaan for always helping me with the dog food and the treats, you really know your stuff and are a great sales women.
I haven’t experienced customer service to this level before. I was looking for my dogs food all over the south and called in this store to find if they have stock: the gentleman immediately told me he has it and will keep it for me. When I got there I was blown away by the service received. Kind, polite and helpful. Even going to the extent of asking me what’s wrong with my dog for her to be on allergy food and suggesting other products to try. Keep it up
Great range of foods and chews and other stock and really great friendly service from staff members Sihle and Tshepiso! Always a pleasure shopping there!
Tooo expensive, compared to other pet shops.
