I have never been one for pet shops but Paws and Claws is an exceptional home to many pets looking for their forever homes and in the interim are taken care of with so much love so by the time they find their people they have so much love to give, just like our special boy Rex. Thank you Paws and Claws (Moogs) for blessing us with the most amazing little guy 🙏🏻

Great service, super friendly, got my jack Russell from paws and claws ormonde, always willing to answer any questions regarding the dog. Thanks for Making us so happy, we love the new edition to our family.❤️❤️❤️🐶🐶🐶

Been here about 4 X in the past few years. Did not have a bad, nor great experience until yesterday. There was dog faeces just outside the shop. My daughter, a doctor, in her 20's is looking for a dog. She saw some puppies and enquired. The gentleman was quite rude saying that she should come with the person that will be paying for the dog!! Then ignored her. 🙁 Did not want to entertain her queries. He did later mention the price and age of the puppies, but his bad attitude remained. I have trained and competed in dog sports and kept fish previously, so I know that pet shops are not Money Making Businesses, but a service industry. Also they are not the best places to buy puppies (Puppy mills risk). So I would expect that the employees would be better at customer care. Sorry but I definitely won't be back, not even for pet supplies, EVER!

Paws and claws offered the best service. I bought a kitten today and the store owner was very helpful and friendly. He recommended the best food and care for the little kitten and even gave him his first shots. Wonderful service. Thank you very much

Muks the owner is always on hand to assist. Would highly recommend. I got my pup from him too, a beauty. Highly recommended.

The owner is VERY unecessarily rude to customers. I've heard many complaints about this stores owner and I have also first hand experienced his rude attitude for asking 1 simple question about his puppies. Not to mention, his puppies are always getting SICK and dying because he keeps them outside of his store the whole day away from their mother with no food or fresh water and the dogs are in a tiny play pen with no mental stimulation. If you have fair knowledge about puppies, they shouldn't be exposed to public areas without inoculations as they can get very ill from catching diseases and germs their bodies dont have antibodies to fight off yet without being inoculated. Personally I feel that the SPCA should close his store down permanently and charge him for backyard breeding dogs and ill treating them. If I could give him 0 stars, I would.
