"Terrible WhatsApp service! Asked questions and was completely ignored by the woman handling my queries. Unprofessional and frustrating experience. Wouldn't recommend dealing with this company until they improve their customer service. Lack of response is unacceptable, especially when trying to get assistance."

Friendly staff and vast variety of different animals.

Friendly and helpful staff. Adorable pets

I had a wonderful experience shopping for my animal companion! Very friendly staff that were eager to assist me and also had a lot of knowledge about their products and different types of pet's needs. Definitely my go-to pet shop, and I would recommend it!

A lovely shop to shop for your pet eccesories. Friendly owners and helpful staff. Very clean and tidy. High standards and quality. PS: Wish they had a little coffee ☕ shop outside... ☺. Would be my Saturday after work relaxing place.
