The staff do not sort out their merchandise. No hurry in Africa.No barcodes or prices on some items. Spent nearly 50min to buy a bicycle helmet and a mosquito net.

I came to shop at Game not so long ago to buy a new washing machine. I wanted to purchase the washing machine on credit by joining Game account, but unfortunately I didn't qualify. A worker named Kgomotso that was wearing a uniform that I think is related to "tevo" then introduced me to "PayJustNow". He told me that I'll be able to pay for the washing machine in 3 instalments and that it won't be a hassle for me to qualify to join that platform. He also patiently helped me to join the platform. Because of Kgomotso, I was able to walk away with a new machine😁. The very same day, another worker was patiently explaining to me and my mom how this one laptop works, because he saw how much I was interested in it. Game staff members are very friendly and they are always willing to attend to customers. I don't really remember having any issues with receiving services from Game at Mafikeng Mall😊.

A week never goes by without me going to buy at the store. The store has many till points but you always find two if not three till points open and the queues are long and slow. You would stand and look around for help for a long time, i left things I wanted in the store because i couldn't get someone to help me before. Customer service must be improved.

Well, the layout is a bit confusing because the shop has been revamped to add clothing department. So, it's a bit difficult to find the stuff that I was looking for, more especially because you can hardly find staff members on the floor. If you are lucky to find one, they'll tell you that it is not their department, the department belongs to so and so. So, I think that Game should improve their customer service, particularly on the floor and at the check out points. Some cashiers seems to think that they are doing customers a favour when serving them. They should learn to smile more. The service there is okay. It needs a lot of improvement particularly in customer service.

Worst store I spent half a day her trying to return a faulty Machine I bought here , Bennett Read staff guys was trying to negotiate with me not to book in the Machine rather buy parts yet the machine is only 30 days

I had to wait at customer service for a long time for an exchange of gas heater only to be asked why i didn't bring the gas cylinder with since I'm saying the heater is not working. Then i had to ask for the store manager that didn't even bother to come. So they gave me my money back with a stinking bad attitude.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Tshepiso Kodu from Game Mafikeng Mall for such excellent service. He was so patient, attentive and helpful. We need more people like him! Went there sceptical I will get help, he definitely surprised me. Ke a leboga, a e se nne for nna fela! 🙏🏽
