At least 8 tills, but there is always one or two people to service the queue of customers, and the lack of speed by these pharmacists is beyond me.

am writing to express my dissatisfaction with Clicks Aliwal North. My friend purchased the wrong item, a regular mitchum roll-on instead of the "no white marks" one that I asked for. When he tried to exchange it for the correct one, they refused, claiming they needed a club card(people are jst too busy to be carrying club cards wherever they go).However, he has a receipt and they can access the club card information from their system. I don't understand why they are making it so difficult to exchange a simple item???!!!! Please I need this roll on exchanged! R40 something rand makes a difference in this economy, Please do something about this, I need my "no white marks" mitchum roll on or money back ASAP!

New system = Very long waits and standing in long lines...the staff is very friendly and professional though.

I've always receive good good service at Clicks and at the pharmacy. Carel walk the extra mile for his customers!!!
