Rushed to your store today as we were desperate to buy bunny feed. The doors were still open and it was 16:55. We were told the store is actually closed… I asked her if we can just please buy bunny feed as we tried everywhere else. She said no. I asked if I can come and pay the next day. Offered to leave proof of address etc. No. Asked to speak to a manager/owner whatever. No. You were still meant to be open. Swak. Will never be back.
Lately not a happy buyer! Store is closed most of the times or with a 10 minute notice that is longer than 30 minutes closure. Mostly find the workers outside chatting and not in store. Unfortunately only store that sells the food I need for my cats and doggie but by this rate they are loosing out and I will have to start buying from the local vets.
Very helpful , never had an issue. Good selection of food and treats.
They never answer the phone listed, goed directly to voice-mail.
Never answer phone
