Builders Warehouse

Builders Warehouse is a staple for all your DIY, construction, and home improvement needs! The selection is amazing, and the prices are super reasonable. I've been a customer for years and it never disappoints. If you're looking for quality materials at a great price, this place is a must. Trust me, you won't regret it! (The gardening section is a little hidden gem, beautifulplants and atmosphere)

They are selling quality product and I'd also like to suggest that it would be lovely if they add payjust now or payflexi on payment method at online purchases

Best Service in town. In every lane there is someone to help you. Lots of different choices to make. Good experience.

Pathetic service or rather no service at the plant section and pots. No one willing to help and those available to busy looking busy and refer enquiries to someone that is not there. No asking to help, no offering to help and even more pathetic the information counter where all the ladies sit and do nothing and when I asked where do I complain about service they just look at me with no words. Manager Ephraim wanted to help and said he will address the issue. I will not recommend this place to anyone due to poor workers non helping customers. Pathetic

Nasty staff!!! Not helpful, don't even greet customers. No help at the plants or pots. The staff treat you if you are invisible. I have travelled 170km to visit this store - just for this!! Will never visit Nelspruit Builders again!!

The worst service of any builders I have been to. 0 help from any staff in 2 hours of shopping. I ask for help at the paint section with 2 staff members on their phones l, they didn't even look up, just pointed. At the till I was changed for 3 large plants when there were only 2. Very poor experience.

Can't fault this Builders, nothing outstanding, friendly staff, shelves well stocked.
