Love this shop. I always feel very welcome and special as a customer. Inge and Luzanne you always take the time to help your customers with advice. Thank you! You are the reason I always come back to Catbox to shop for my Rotties. Thank you Bongi who always carries my bags with a big smile. Keep up the good work! You are a super great team!
I bought a new collar for my Jack Russle for around R110. The collar was not the correct size and the following week i was tied up with work. I managed to return the collar just more than a week after purchased. I only wanted to swop it for a smaller size. I had slips and labels. I was told i can not return longer than a week. I spend around R7000 per annum at this shop. They just lost my turnover per annum for a R110 exchange. I will never return.
