Friendly and helpful staff. The store is very spacious. They didn't have the specialised stationary I was look for, but they have such a variety of sections, which is clearly indicated: food, electronics, outdoor, sport, wellness, furniture, camping, baby etc. They even have a seperate promo section (always nice to have all your specials in one place). 😉
We went to Game on 14 Jan to buy a new television set. The staff was friendly and eager to assist. Overall we received good service.
Dissatisfied in their service. Went to the store to quote 2 items, they were too busy, I was given an email address to send my request, I did so. Till today I haven’t received feedback on it, it’s been a week.
Had a bad experience at ilanga game, one of the managers had a bad attitude after I discovered an item that was apparently priced wrong, instead of reasoning with me he immediately said no it’s the wrong price and walked. No customer service whatever!!!!!!!! No apology
Super unfriendly staff! especially when you ask for prices of items.
Shocking. I have been waiting for 30minutes to be assisted by ‘the only person who can assist me’ at the credit desk. Apparently she felt the need to go to Pick a Pay an hour after the store opened. I am shocked at the work ethics of people these days! Overall bad customer experience
Cant complain about service, there is none.. Phone just rings. No answer.
