We visited twice enrolled from cape town to Kruger park. Seeing Rhinos on our return was the highlight of our journey . Alzu is clean,spacious,relaxing and all your needs under one roof. Definitely visit again

I called to 2 days prior to book my 12 year old tea cup Yorkie for a cut and wash for a 9:00 appointment . Staff said they will call once she was done. By 10:40 I didn't get a call . I went to see if my dog was done ,I found that she hasn't been attended to . I was offered to wait an additional 30 mins and they will quickly do her . Why do I need to make an appointment if nearly 2 hours later she wasn't attended to? No apology was forthcoming, I found the service lacking.
