Best Game shop we've ever encountered. Tumi and Sweetness. Your service in the curtain division was absolutely outstanding. Thanks, Josef, at furniture and Tsepo at the fridge division. Very reasonable prices on appliances and we received all our stock in one day and delivered. Excellent manager in the shop that makes things happen. Staff has a very positive attitude. Highly recommended. We are new to the area and this shop is outstanding with customer services.

Visited Store on Friday 26 Dec. Staff just lounging around, not willing to assist. Poor to non existent service.

The service was friendly and helpful. The shop's well-planned layout makes shopping easier.

Staff was very rude and not willing to assist after a long wait eventually the helped but still rude, acting as if they are doing us a favor.

Got pushed by the security guard today as they denied my mother’s guide dog to enter the shop- 🦮 My mom is blind and they completely refused her entry with her guide dog and head of security harassed her because of her disability and even went so far to push me. Manager doesn’t know what a guide dog is and only to call their head office to find out guide dogs is welcome in the store. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable to treat customers like this. Very disappointing. People with disabilities is already struggling and doesn’t want to get out into public because this is how they get treated. Totally unacceptable. Security and management should be informed about service dogs. Very upsetting

If you won with this competion never mind to try and claim it They are not getting back to you and They dont know how to handel the winnings and give the custemors they're vouchers...

Worst Game department that I have visited, no prices at the items stuf lying on the floors, personnel loitering
