Dis-Chem Pharmacy Piet Retief

Had to leave this shop empty handed today. No one to attend self medication counter. Then told by staff they are on holiday. I see now when checking other reviews that there is another customer that had the same experience. # update # From dischem went to clicks... 3 persons attending self medication. Wow. What a pleasure. Others reading the reviews... Don't throw away clicks. Maybe try them first. Really convenient.

Worse customer service I have received at the pharmacy section. I was treated with disrespect by the staff members when I went to collect my prescription. Really disappointed.

Worst Dischem service ever ! We stood at the self-help medication counter for 15 minutes without anyone attempting to assist us. After enquiring as to whether someone will assist us we were told the lady is coming. The lady never came! We stood there for another 10 minutes without being assisted. When asked to see the manger he/she also never came! Finally fed up of waiting for service we went to a competitor pharmacy!

Goods ordered on the 21/03/2025 @ 15H15 and still not delivered at 16H52. Telephoned them to no avail, hanging on for more than 30 minutes. Says high call volumes but its only Piet Retief with a small community….. Very bad service and not answering their phon

Dischem at Piet Retief really tries to provide the range of products the customers are looking for. I talked to the Manager, and within a few days they have the items I was looking for in stock. I will support a place that is willing to support the customers in that way.

Pharmacy service slow, and co payments high on medication

Great staff. Penelope and Loraine helped me greatly, they are knowledgeable and professional. Thanks ladies.
