Poorest communication with deliveries. Get there at Saturday evening before 8pm, 3rd in row to offload. 10pm they close, no communications, today at 1pm still not offloaded, and they just close up??
Was nice place but I had to wait almost 6hrs before offloading if they can improve waiting time.
One of De Heuse Distributor (Modivoere) is treating us (customers) badly and their feeds is never enough at the shops. One has to travel about 30 Km to find the nearest shop. De Heuse does not care about the needs of small farmers. the experience and treatment in the said distributor is so bad and Service so poor. Foreigners (Zimbabweans) who do not understand both English and or local language hired there are just worsening the condition/ De Heuse is losing its Image. as am typing this. the owner there does not want to refund me my money after he failed to deliver for me as he promised.
Friendly and Welcoming staff.
Work related visit but still great for business
Shop is open but no one answers the phone.....
So fast to offload
