I called in advance to ask if they have a size M in the dog life jacket. The guy on the phone said yes, they do. Since he answered very quickly, I asked if he is SURE and if he actually CHECKED on the rack and has the dog life jacket for swimming in a size Medium in his hands. He said yes. We drove all the way to the shop, only for the lady at the till to say they do not stock this item at all. Wasted time, and poor customer service.
