Bad experience, workers were Watching videos on a phone. None of them came to assist us, we had to ask them if the store has got what we were looking for while they were seating as a group watching video from a phone
Excellent customer service 👍
BUCO Mthatha is like every other BUCO I've ever been to... Poorly lit and slightly messy, as if they JUST received all their stock a minute ago...but...its a bulk store so the prices are good.
Please add an email or some other ways in order for us customers to contact you because the phone number is not working
Still not allowed to park inside..after complaining and manager promising to inform security ..rather go to Build it round the corner ..safe parking..how do you expect contractors to park our vans outside with our tools n go inside...
The gentleman who helped me was superb 👌, he had product knowledge and gave me sound advice. Unfortunately I didn't get his name but he does quotes for the clients. Thank you
Normal service. Always have stock in hand, which is a change compared to their competitors in around the area
