I’m not happy at all with the service I received at circus triangle- Mthatha game. I bought the items listed on the attached invoice. The delivery person didn’t deliver the fan. I called numerous times enquiring about this. Until the guy who initially assisted me on the day of the purchase said I can come to the store to collect It. Now at the store I’m told to go and do a copy of the slip. Been running around like a headless chicken looking for an Internet cafe. I’ll never set my foot at Game ever again. Your service was such an inconvenience to me. I’m appalled that this is how you treat your customers.

It's a great mall with space for parking cars! I wish it can have police officers/Security guards on the parking lot too. If that may happen you will feel safe to leave your car. As a mother and a observing citizen, I have been left in a car because I have kids in the car with. But while I'm in a tinted car ,you will find people smoking near our car , touching and having conversations right on it. We should have a way of teaching our people to respect someone's belonging even if they are not there.

Great and efficient service..

The store did not open on time. When I got inside the staff is not helpful they just busy themselves by chatting to each other. I got to the till and one iterm had no barcode and I had to wait for a very long time for the code after that another wait as the cashier was attending to other customers. The cashier was the only person with a sense of service and putting customer's first. The rest of the staff are typical of Mthatha people where service is concerned i.e. not putting the customer first and not being considerate of other people's time treating you as if they are doing you a favour.

It is so clean. Enough space to accomodate large number of customers. Bit exoensive though but you will find most of the things we need everyday. Its a big shop.

More staff should be hired. They take forever to offer service to you. It took me almost 2 full hours just to purchase a smart tv
