I love that now I can order on my McDonalds App and get my food ready to collecf
I fell in love with this restaurant due to the way it was constructed, there's downstairs, upstairs with nice views and outside eating. The food is nice, fresh and acceptable temperature. The only letdown is the lack of air conditioning, it's blazing hot inside in such a way that you don't enjoy the food. Besides the air conditioner issue I should've given a score of 5 stars.
Welcoming and friendly service from staff 😊
There's a lady, who works there, Rethabile, such a joy 😊 to see her, on all our trips, from ezilalini ✨️
MacDonald’s Mthatha keeps disappointing. I order a mango frappe all the time at other macDonalds but today I ordered in Mthatha and they have a totally different recipe to others. Epic fail
Bought a spicy foldover and they gave me one that is not spicy with few wrinkled lettuce and no tomato. I also ordered an orange juice and it just tasted like water. They literally poured a quarter of the orange juice and 3/4 of water. I am so disappointed
The lady on the drive thru was a bit rude
