Good service at the money market counter, helped with flight ticket booking, they showed their computer screen and different options.
Today I was not impressed with the staff shame. I accidentally dropped money after paying and the member picked it up and didnt bother to notify me as I was walking away from the till . I literally had to ask for it back. If I didn't notice immediately she would have taken it. Yerrr that means if you forget your change you'll never get it back.
Very friendly and convenient place to shop, except for the parking area arrangement which causes quite a delay on entering with your vehicle. There is need for improvement and they could also put up a shade canopy etc. There is also a high risk at the ATM especially the standard Bank , which has been ongoing for more than a decade now and the card fraud syndicate group is very prevalent here and it seems to be predominantly targeting tourist couples .
Pick and pay is a cool and top shop that sell fresh fruit and vegetables. Their items are sold with affordable prices, no other shop can beat their prices. Their employees are having welcoming faces. I enjoy shopping in their stores.
Fast and friendly staff and management
Very disappointed with the service I got yesterday I've been using this pic n pay from a very young age as I also a resident of Southernwood...the manager was so rude and less cared he kept referring to their policy and didn't care where I'm okay or not ...he did even acknowledge the fact that they did wrong and then apologized.....he said I must take it upon my self and do whatever I wanna do as for him he did explain their policy 🤔 wow wow 👌
We have shopped with Pick n Pay in Mthatha for the past 12 years. What a pleasure! Lulu and her team are always professional and they are the type of company that once you've got a relationship of trust you are like family. This makes life so much easier in emergencies when you need to make a quick plan to collect some groceries at the last minute. Bulungula Lodge loves Pick n Pay 🙂
