Ridiculous and unacceptable waiting times.. As if there’s no manager to monitor operational efficiency and customer service.. Experienced this with their Money-market.. I wanted to buy something in the shop but realized that it’s a norm for them to keep you in the queue until you get pissed and they are not bothered..
Hhayibo i bought yoghurt on the 9th December 2025 only to find out that they were expiring on the 10th of December yhoo Shoprite Mthatha Plaza where it used to be Rhino you did me dirty aibo imali yam, iiyogurt zabantwana bam?? Anikhathali management neMerchandizer zenu.
Terrible service.I don't think they know what customer service is. starting from money market, cashiers,including management their attitude is disgusting I left the shop pissed and l will not come back
Can the management please address trolley porters to stop harassing us when we use trolleys inside the mall or on our way to parking
Hell in Circus Triangle no service and grumpy staff and management is very poor i wish centre can get a another store to offer better service. I was returned from the till by cashier in Kiosk but she took others after chasing me away and when I confronted her she didn't reply and I asked for manager she was in Liquor she didn't even speak to me or listen to my complain. So you say you offer service to people but you don't even get closer to customer service you arrogant.
It's where you get different kinds of services in one place at an affordable price, even the SASSA R350s are drawn there.
No space for big trollies in this isles due to big boxes 📦 and only few cashiers on duty
