SPAR Myezo has a rating of 4 out of 5 based on over 118 reviews on Google
Very very mad, bought mini tarts yesterday and they gave me a very mad stomach ,they have mould on them which I realized after taking a bite . 🤒😭
I bought meat from Myezo and cooked it the same day, but the quality was terrible. The meat had weird black stripes and didn’t look fresh at all. Even after cooking, it didn’t seem right. I wanted to warn other customers to check their meat carefully before buying. Very disappointed I expected much better from this store.
Stop selling expired products please, this has been happening for a long time now someone needs to look into it
Good location on the N2. Price of 1 item on shelf was charged at a higher price at the till point. Straws for cold drinks were kept in bucket with sanitising liquid- this is rather unhygenic. The cashier had an attitidue that borded on rudeness..clearly needs to be trained in dealing with customers in a pleasant manner.
Their prices are very high taking advantage of WSU students 'cause they know they often have no alternative. They try trick you with the price displayed on the shelves vs what they charge at the till, you have to look at your slip every time to make sure! The quality of their fruit and veg is absolutely terrible - the fruit from trees at my granny's house is better. Things run out for 5 months at a time (eg. Sparkling water right now!!). Their only goal is profit by any means, hence the very high prices + bad quality of the goods sold there - I'm sure everything they get from suppliers is the cheapest they can find. Very typical. The worst shop I've ever had the misfortune of using and being somewhat dependant on. I would be very happy if it were to be replaced - I could open a spaza shop better than this thing.
Quiet place during holidays but through out the year it's packed with students however it closes at 10 making it convenient. Expensive too
This shop is conveniently located next to the N2 as you enter or leave Mthatha. If you want to avoid the overcrowded shops in the Mthatha Cbd, then you can go shop here. I also like the fact that it's ideal for the students studying at Walter Sisulu University as it is a walking distance from there. It makes shopping easy for them. Well, some obviously would be going to Tops😋to quench their thirst... Myezo Spar has a wide range of goods. I particularly like their cooked food whenever I don't feel like cooking, I just go there. They are on point.
