The team at Global Paws is absolutely incredible! From our initial communication, I knew I was in good hands. Coming from the USA, they ensured I was prepared to enter South Africa without issue. As soon as I landed in Johannesburg, a member of their team messaged me and let me know that all my babies were doing well and awaiting their exam by the state Veterinarian. Once they arrived to my AirBnB, I was elated to see how happy they were!! I even hugged the driver!! He was kind, compassionate and seemed to enjoy seeing our little reunion. I am eternally grateful to this team for making such a stressful process, seamless for me. Thank you from my little fur family!!

Global Paws was incredible from start to finish. They helped us move our dog from Botswana to England (with a stopover in South Africa) and honestly, we couldn't recommend them enough. Toinette was phenomenal and so good at her job. Communication was clear, she had so much knowledge and went above and beyond to ensure we felt happy throughout the whole process. Basil had to spend a few nights at their kennels and we received photos and regular updates throughout our stay. Great service!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I can not even begin to express my gratitude to Global Paws, ESPECIALLY Toinette. There were issues with my dogs' blood work at Onderstepoort 2 weeks ago and my boys were stuck in quarantine for an additional 7 days. I was of course frustrated and angry, but Toinette kept me up to date and she went WELL above and beyond to ensure that my boys would not stay any longer. I am so grateful to them for their kindness and support. International pet relocation is is extremely stressful, but Toinette and Trevor made the process bearable.
