Awesome staff. Very helpful and everything is affordable

The two store assistants were on their phones the entire time whilst I was in store. I stood at the angling corner for a couple of minutes without anyone asking if they could help. I put the couple of items that I wanted to purchase back where I got it. As I was about to leave the one gentleman looked up from his phone to ask if I found what I was looking for. This is very unprofessional in my opinion - won't be back anytime soon.

I recently visited this store seeking advice on spinner blades and asked a staff member about their suitability for overcast conditions. Instead of providing helpful information, I received a snarky response to my question, saying, "Don't worry about the weather here, it says one thing and then it's the complete opposite." To make matters worse, as I was leaving, I overheard the same staff member rudely addressing another customer, saying, "You don't even know what you want, how am I supposed to know?" This kind of dismissive and unhelpful attitude is unacceptable in a customer service role. The lack of professionalism and willingness to assist left me deeply disappointed. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for quality advice or service.

Great service and good range of fishing products

Overpriced on fishing tackle. During loadshedding they dont even offer a light. Have to find things in the dark. BUT the tills were working. Get a torch ( or something similar for your customers to use. This does not cost much. Also this person hovering there that you can hardly move 1.25 kg of bait R69 ....rip off. Agrimark 2kgs R54.
