VetCross Paarl Felix + Fido

I am very disappointed with the grooming service our Schnauzer received on Friday. She came home with clear brush bruises on her leg from excessively harsh brushing. Her skin was visibly red, and there was even some bleeding. She did not want us to touch her leg due to the discomfort. This is completely unacceptable and deeply concerning.

I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Maryke van Zyl and her incredible team at VetCross Paarl. From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. Dr. Maryke's expertise and compassionate care were evident throughout our visit. My beloved dog, Lexi, was in urgent need of medical attention, and Dr. Maryke immediately assessed the situation with a calm and reassuring demeanor. Her treatment plan was clear, effective, and tailored to Lexi's specific needs. The entire team, including the nurse and reception, was incredibly gentle and patient with us, making the experience as stress-free as possible. The facilities at VetCross Paarl are state-of-the-art, and the atmosphere is clean and welcoming. We felt confident that our dog was receiving the best possible care in a comfortable and safe environment. If you're looking for a veterinarian who genuinely cares about your pet's well-being, I highly recommend Dr. Maryke van Zyl and VetCross Paarl. They have earned our trust and loyalty, and we are grateful for their exceptional service.

Very disappointed in the dog parlour. My poodle ended up with cuts (and she is use to parlours) including uneven shaved spots. Understandable the water was shut off by the municipal, not even the sleep from her eyes was wiped. The receptionist is always helpful but they need to rethink the parlour service.

Amazing little place and they are so lovely to the dogs! You can tell they really love animals and want them to feel comfortable and happy! Also front shop staff are very helpful and polite.

If you have a cat or a dog. Very very nice place to consider using. I know there is a parlour and vet. However I used only the shop for supplies so far. Staff is amazing kind and friendly also willing to help even if they don't have stock or carry it.

Friendly staff. Friendly and capable groomers, who treated my dog lovingly. Veterinary sister is a wonderful person. Thank you.

On 5 different occasions (not an exaggeration) they were out of stock for the Royal Canine cat food. Reception ladies are not friendly, helpful and passionate either. Highly disappointed.
