Scottburgh Veterinary Clinic

While on holiday I had to book an appointment for my old girl. I got an early appointment and everyone was friendly and helpful. Excellent veterinary care. Needless to say it was a pleasant and positive experience.

Worst vet ever. They worry about money instead of your fur baby life. Recently my fur baby was sick was in urgent need of a doctor and dr Clark said I must wait for his call because he will see two patients not one , i must also wait because he is on lunch. His immediate response was that it will cost me R1640.00 call out because it was a holiday. No body cares about money when it comes to our baby. When I sent him a text saying I'm taking him to westville hospital, he calls me and say you know they are more expensive I said yes thank you and bye. Don't take your baby to him. Hopefully he does not own a fur baby. Very disappointed in their lack of service To the owner who replied to my review. Please don't lie. You did mention that I must wait for your call but only at 4pm that you will be able to see my fur baby and that will only happen if you get another patient. That was unacceptable to me because I couldn't take that risk waiting for your call.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Scottburgh Vet Clinic for taking such good care of my kitten, Lily. A special thank you to Dr Biden, who kept me updated on her progress throughout, which gave me great comfort.

Our precious cat bella past away a few months ago. I have never gone back to this vet again. We went to scottburgh vet to put her down as she was suffering in her last stages of kidney failure. There was no compassion, just the vet smiling and being casual. These people have no compassion for animals and just charge absorbant amounts for nothing. Wish I could go back and take our bella to a better place before I let her go. Will not make the same mistake with my other pets

Dr Clark advised my dogs bladder burst and needs to put it down, I didn't believe a word and rushed my dog to Westville hospital, now 2 months later and he's still alive. Disappointing from Scottburgh Vetinary Clinic....they charged me R3000 for giving me wrong diagnosis.

We had to call the vet after hours when our dog had complications after minor surgery. We believe Dr Biden’s prompt, professional, and expert care saved our dog’s life. He was extremely patient with us and clear and honest regarding her condition. I so appreciated his compassion and follow up. Regards Colleen Barras

Our little boy, mom and dad, loved our first most friendly visit with sweet kind staff, especially doc and nurse. Thank you very much the Schultz family.
