The customer service I received was very poor. I felt that I was treated unfairly, as if I was responsible for the fault in the product. I recently bought a phone and returned it, but they told me I had to wait 21 days for it to be repaired. They refused to refund me or replace the phone. I waited for 21 days, only to find that the problem had not been fixed. As a university student, I rely on my phone for assistance, and this situation has been very stressful. I have wasted time and money travelling to the store to get feedback, but I was given the runaround all day. I feel that the company is not being responsive to my concerns, and I am not happy with the level of service I have received. I am seeking a resolution that is fair and reasonable, and I would appreciate your help in this matter.
I had to wait to be transferred to someone who can help me via computer and that person didn't even answer My phone until I gave up, customer service is very poor shame,we call to check if what we Saw on computer They have or not because is always a different prices in store and worse I am disabled so I have to know I gave the person the correct money if I send them to get what I saw.i am very disappointed and hurt with their services, They made me feel like only normal people deserve to come to Game not disable people like me deserve to buy in Setsing Game.
They have a horrible customer service. Had to wait for an hour to be assisted with buying bar stools because no one knew where the person who works that section is and no one else can help us with the stools. And they were clueless about the use of PayJustNow ( the service that is advertised all over the store).
I came to do some shopping for hardware in this store. The noise level from the workers right at the entrance was unbearable. The shrieking and laughing put me off and I left without buying anything. What happened to the tranquil shopping experience 😩 Disappointing.
Waited 30minutes for them to check a simple hair clipper …no updates or anything…what a poor service
