Today I had the worst experience. I have never experienced a shop full of people who lack forward thinking and initiative. It so happed that their POS machines went offline, but another worker informed the manager that the mobile POS machine were operational. Rather than establishing queues dedicated to card payments and ones dedicated to cash payments, we were made to wait in line for almost an hour. Spar train your workers to think on their feet and give good customer service. This was bad.
I love the way the supervisors push lines even if the store is full they make sure cashiers get fast, also its always good to buy combos at spar its very cheap especially for us students
Very bad service. I was very disappointed when I bought food wich was labeled as : packed 18/10/2023 wich is today but when I took a bite I lost my appetite completely as this food is clearly very old & has been standing here for some time. The bread falls apart & the chicken is as hard as rubber. I am very disappointed & I do not recommend buying "fresh food" from this store
The service is good,prices are reasonable
The cashiers can be slow at times and the place is super crowded but neat and clean.
It's an affordable convenience store around town. There are Bibi and Boxer which are more competitive, but the overall cleanliness and shopping experience is better at Superspa. Usually there is a selection of fresh bakery goods & the deli always has foods.
