Worst pet shop ever animals not looked after very expensive not friendly staff all the betta fish are dead never go here
The contact number does not work. Just make sure that you check the expiration date if you buy medication for your fish. I was sold pond medic that I bought this year 2021 that expired in 2018.
I bought a baby cockatiel and was only 2 weeks old that died in a week
Small pet store with decent prices
My go to aquatic store for all my necessities! There is always a wide range of fish at an affordable price. The owners are always helpful and welcoming.
Absolute terrible experience, bought fish from exotic pet shop along with fish from howick pet shop, all the howick fish survived, and all the fish from exotic pet store died, water was treated accordingly and temperatures were correct, would highly recommend that no one supports this business..!
Next to no service to the point that it is a miracle to be able to pay for your stuff much less get advise on the fish you battled to have them get for you that has just been put in the display tanks only to have your R100 fish die that same day thanks to not being able to get advise from someone that doesn't even want to serve you
