Shame this is a huge misunderstanding.. As a klient I was there, and saw the doggys, sometimes we as customers make a mistake by thinking our pet's are small,when indeed they are not. They're meduim. My small and the next persons small are not the same. Do believe that Hound Dog's are not at fault, but sure that they will give you your R40 difference back if you can't continue life without it.. Best place I've ever been to. My opinion
