Excellent service and top-notch products! Recently purchased dog food from Kenako Feeds, and I'm thoroughly impressed. Friendly staff and most importantly, my dogs love the food! Highly recommend Kenako Feed for all pet owners. Five stars!

Top notch feed supplier. Would recommend.

Customer loyalty is not valued at this shop. Even as longstanding customers, we were treated like strangers. We've purchased from this store since starting our poultry business, but last week they demonstrated that our history meant nothing when they failed to give us products we had already paid for after traveling over 70 kilometers. The receptionist, Refilwe, was extremely rude and showed no regard for customer service. She refused to release our goods on the grounds that we didn't make an instant payment, despite her never mentioning this when sending us the banking details. All she said was make payment and share the proof of payment, which we did instantly. Moments later, the story had changed and she showed no empathy whatsoever over the fact that we had travelled from far. To make matters worse, we requested a refund, but to this day, she continues to beat around the bush. But whenever she wanted us to order chicks, she would follow up with us every day. I don’t recommend this store to anyone.
