The Crazy Store Rosehill Mall

I am suffering from a back injury and yesterday I stupidly left Spar with 5 litre bottles without a trolley. I barely made it to the crazy store where I almost collapsed. One of the staff members whose name I would rather protect was incredible. She ran off to get me a trolley. I could not believe how sweet it was. I was going to just ask her if I could leave my bottles there to go and get one. These small acts of kindness are something you cannot explain to others how it touches your life. All the staff at all the Crazy stores between Kenton and Port Alfred are fantastic. Thank you so much again. I am so grateful.

While the staff are very helpful & friendly, the store is very clean & well organised, management should really up their game in terms of providing the staff with the necessary equipment to cope with power outages. I had 2 leave the store without my purchases today after the assistant spent at least 10 minutes writing out a receipt only to then being unable 2 process my payment. Seriously

Amazing shopping experience today. Staff are friendly and helpful and clearly take a pride in the service they deliver. Well done to the amazing crew running this store.

Best service I have ever received at any Crazy Store. Very few shops compare to the level of a wonderful service and friendly staff.So happy to see the new store that has opened at Heritage mall and again it is a pleasure to shop there.Well done to the wonderful staff you have .
