I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Katlego Chauke at absolute Pets in Mooirivier Junction, Potchefstroom, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. My dogs had been quite weak for some time and I was desperate to find a solution to restore his health and vitality. From thé moment I walked in the store, Katlegos professionalism and genuine concern for my dog’s well-being were evident. He took his time to listen to my concern and asked pertinent questions about my dog’s symptoms and throughly explain the options available. His extensive knowledge about pet health and medication was impressive and very reassuring. Mr Chauke recommended a specific medication that he believed would help my dogs and he was spot on. Within a short period of time, I noticed a significant improvement in my dog’s conditions. They went from being lethargic and weak to their own self again- full of energy, strength and happiness. It was a truly remarkable transformation. What stood out most was Mr Katlego Chauke’s dedication to ensuring I felt supported throughout the process. He followed up with me to check my dog’s progress and offered additional advice to maintain their health. The level of customer service is rare and deeply appreciated. I highly recommend Mr Katlego Chauke and the team at absolute pets for their exceptional service, expertise and genuine care for pets and their owners. Thank you, Katlego Chauke, for helping bring back my dog’s health and joy.

No assistance to load 20kg and 12kg dog food. In future I will rather go where people assist elderly females. Lovely items and great selection, but employee does not know the products nor the prices.

Excellent service from the sales lady upon my first visit. She absolutely went out of her way to assist me. Thank you

Absolute pets...Absolute poor service. Greeting staff with a smile is not enough to get their attention to assist you.
