My one-stop go-to for all things pets! Staff are always friendly. The products are amazing and affordable when compared to market prices. They do not sell bad quality food which is essential for our hypoallergenic dog.
I'll be right back sign..... 30min later and nothing the lady saw I sitting outside waiting and rather than assist us she went into pick n pay and ignored us. Fantastic service there.
I am a person that never writes reviews. But this experience does call for one. I used to love going to this absolute pets, until this morning. I arrived there at 07:55, the door was unlocked, I saw two ladies inside. They looked at me , told me they only open at 08:00. I said it’s okay can I look around and they just looked at me like I am mad. I would have paid by 08:00 anyways but those 5 mins before surely you could have just let me look around. Wait straight to another absolute pets that treated a customer right! Never again honestly and I was a regular customer of yours because my office is right there!

Biggest variety of healthy, good free and wheat free animal foods available. It does not come cheap though. Lots of toys and other fluffy things for our furry family members.
