A huge shout out to William at Animal Kingdom in Attebury. He knows his stuff when it comes to aquariums and gave me the best advise. He definitely won a loyal customer for this business. For sure the go to place when you start up a new aquarium and don't know where to start.

It is a massive shop with so many items. Accessories for dogs, cats, fish, etc. In store, you can buy birds, rabbits, hamsters, mice, fish, and weird insects 😆 Our mission was to buy new fish. They have probably the best variety from all the shops that we have been to. We had a bit of a wait as the fish expert was busy. Other staff tried to help but couldn't answer our questions. We bought 4 fish but they billed us for 5, which we only realised when we got home. So the -1 star was for the incorrect billing and probably a 10 min wait for assistance...despite this, I would definitely return.

This has always been my go to aquarium shop. But lately their variety is shrinking. Today was also my worst experience in the store. Me and my fiancé was there for almost 20 minutes with not as much as an acknowledgement. Luckily the gentleman who always help us walk in and made sure we were help. Thomas I believe was his name was assigned to us and tested our water. Then this lady came and explained the test results to us, now I am no water expert but did read up on fish keeping. She talk down on us and made us feel useless. Yet everything she explained was the opposite and contradicting of what the countless blogs I've read up on. On our way out Thomas was speaking with the person who made sure we helped at the counter, he (the big guy) then took us back to the fish room and there explained the test results to us clearly and I must add in line with the blog experts. And that is the only reason I am not giving a 1 star.

Love the variety of the pets available and the staff is generally friendly. However, I had a bad experience with one particular gentleman when I was buying some fish. He explained the conditions and risks involved with adding fish to a tank that was not ready and that should the fish not survive, the shop is not responsible. I agreed and was ready to move on with the purchase. He continued to over explain using a loud voice as if he was talking to a mentally challenged person. I did not appreciate his lack of professionalism.

Most amazing petshop I've ever visited. It's really a one-stop for anything you need for your animals. The shop is huge and the kids will love the birds and fish. I've never seen so much stock in a shop. Things I've never seen in other pet shops. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming.

Was here today to have a look around and ended up being absolutely blown away. The variety of products is huge, and they make sure to care properly for the animals as well. My favorite part is how they educate people on animal care, especially when it comes to birds and parrots, which are usually the most neglected animals at times. Especially William ( I believe that was his name), he is so kind and very helpful, and you can see he loves what he does. Will be buying all my products here from now on. This store has my full support.

Great shop for all sorts if animal and pet items. Their variety of birds, reptiles and pets is also broad. And they are willing to order and help. The staff is willing to help and serve. Normal retail hours is applicable and sufficient parking. Whether to shop or just walk around and let the kids see and explore, a worthwhile stop.
