Fur-ever pet shop

The staff here are incredibly welcoming, both to people and their pups. They have a great selection of food, treats, and other supplies. With easy parking right out front, it's my new go-to pet shop. Highly recommend!

If I could give a lower rating than 1 star I would. False advertising to begin with they have no exotic animals but that isn't the main problem. The woman don't know if she is the owner but she is the rudest most condescending and arrogant person I've met. I honestly don't know how this place does any business with a woman like that. She talked to us as if we are city brats coming in to buy exotic animals without any knowledge while one of us has a animal sanctuary and the other one is a vet. I will not recommend this place or ever do business here. Also not at all as advertised or as the pictures on the internet.

I have been buying ther fir just over a year and was always helped by a lady until a rude guy started talking to me and i must say how disappointed i am by the way he treated me as a customer WITHOUT any reason at all i will never buy from there again ...just so disappointed in the way he treated me as a customer!!!

Absolutely horrendous experience. Dead fish floating around in the tanks,sick fish EVERYWHERE,a new employee cleaning the spider enclosures right infront of the entrance. I enquire about the price of a mouse,then charged a different amount at the counter. mice are packed IN A PAPER BAG !!!! A PAPER BAG FOR A RODENT ,FOR TRANSPORTATION??!!?!?! All the while ,being talked at ,and not too. No apology for the wrong prices,and a Kak attitude because I queried about it. Please never support them ,rather go to Wonderboom Birdpark and Aquarium.
