Very impressed with the service I received. Not just a shop that sells animals, but they also care about them after they were sold. Bought my doggy there and after 3 days he wasn't ok. The owner told me to bring my baby to the shop, he gave him like a 'immune booster'...that same day my baby was better.... Will always support them
Friendly and knowledgeable service, the staff know what they are talking about and are not there to only make money. They genuinely have the pets best interest at heart. You can buy pets here as well as per accessories and food. Would definitely recommend popping in and taking a look, even if only to look at their gorgeous let's and beautiful fish!
Very friendly and helpful staff. The aquarium minder is exceptionally knowledgeable. He has so much patience with kids and first time aquarium buyers. The fish tanks are well maintained and fish are healthy. Prices are reasonable.
What a jou Charmaine has brought to my life crying with me while I told her why I wanted this baby. She was born on the same day my Roxy has died after having her as a shadow for almost 15yrs. I love Chicka so much already, miss her when she is not with me. She is just what I needed to lift my spirit and knowing she was sent by my other angel to take a bit of the grief away. This Pets Boutique is great. If you buy a pet here, the staff gives you ample information about care, food, enviroment and all you need to know of how to take good care of your pet. We bought a fish, Chinese Fighter, at the shop a vew months ago, this fish has charm and a personality of its own. Healthy and a sight for sore eyes! We enjoy our new friend every day!! Go visit them, they really care for their pets and about you as the new owner of the pets.
I had such a pleasant experience. The service is super duper friendly, and they are so willing to help. The place is kept very neat and tidy. They also have a wide selection of products for your pets.
