Customer Reviews
Pet City has a rating of 4.4 out of 5 based on over 491 reviews on Google
These guys go beyond just the service they offer inside. They've even immediately jumped in to assist me with a flat tyre I had. But their knowledge is topnotch. They give amazing alternatives and don't just sell the most expensive item to you, they go the extra mile, super friendly, family feeling when you visit. And they always have everything you want and more.
Great staff! One of the few places that I always find open, really appreciate the long business hours and they always have stock of whatever I need. They also have such a variety I just love shopping there
The best experience I had from the owners Jaco and Corlia. Friendly, helpfull and provide me with alot of information ragarding my pet, food and medicine to help my 4 leg child. Will recommend pet city montana crossing any time.
Very nicely stocked place. I have gone there twice now👍👍
We only buy from this store. Very friendly staff, they allowed our pup to roam the store and pick out her own treats and toys. They give great advice and are eager to help get the best for our dog.
Shows open on google but when we got there they were closed. Waste of petrol
Awsome shop. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great pricing. Been shopping there for 4 years already.
