DO NOT support this Pet Store! I am really disappointed that in 2025, a business can still be so oblivious that they think having birds in small cages in front of the store will supposedly show their affection for animals. It is despicable and borders on animal cruelty.
Excellent service. To groom my Maltese and yorkies, I have been using them for the past 15 years.
Absolute excellent experience. It was my first visit to Pets World. My friend is busy emigrating to Australia and their dog becomes part of my household. I was so pleased to meet the two amazing people who will assist in taking care of my "new" foster doggie. My sincere gratitude
Excellent service. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I'm a first time Yorkie mom and it was Toby's first time being groomed and we were both nervous 🤪. I was made to feel comfortable leaving him and Toby was taken care of through the process. Will never take my baby anywhere else and will definitely recommend Pets World to others. Thank you for taking such good care of my baby and making him even more handsome 🐶
Perfectly sized store that stock a variety of items for all your pet needs. Always find what I'm looking for and if they don't have stock, will be sourced for you. The young gent is friendly, welcoming and always willing to assist. Thanks to the owner for a lovely store. Amazing!
Friendly and knowledgeable. Been shopping for my dogs' needs there since 2017. Competitive pricing.
Very cute small shop. Still they stock quite a variety of items for cats, dogs, fishes and birds. Friendly service, the guy by the till is eager to help. They keep some birds by the entrance and the always look happy and very well looked after.
