Boos won't keep stock up to date, Westpac don't care either, never respond to complaints or give you feedback. In other words they don't care about their customers. Disgusting co
Very good service and advise. My dogs love the dog pellets I have bought for them.
I was looking for a specific product for my fish, Rene was extremely helpful, wasn't even her aisle, I called and she went the extra mile to find it for me, sending pics on WhatsApp she was just a gem. Got there and was well greeted. Never been there before (the pet shop I usually go to was closed) but because of the service I'm definitely choosing Petzone Lynwood Lane as my go to shop for all things pets.
Today was my first visit to this Petzone; and what a pleasure! Fantastic knowledgeable and friendly service. This will be my go-to pet-store in future.
hello big boss at petzone I am calling all their store and they press the call dead why are they not answering the call bad service really disgusting if they press the call dead.
Their pricing has become ridiculous! I have been a loyal customer for years , my most recent purchase of hills medium tuna was R1699.00 I even asked the teller if this is correct as I am used to paying +- 1400… thats a 20 % increase, all the other competitors still selling for +-1400. Wont be seeing me again
Excellent customer service I had received, friendly staff. Keep it up
