The Queen Pet Shop - Menlo Park

Sisa at the Menlopark store is a big asset for the company: he was extremely helpful and told my son everything he had to know before buying fish! Our previous experience (also in the same store) wasn't half this experience. Thanks Sisa, you can be proud of your quality of service you offer!

Wow! What an incredible experience! I first brought my twin Rottweilers in for grooming, and they absolutely loved every moment of it. The next week, I brought my other Rottweiler. Each dog was handled with such care and looked stunning when the grooming was complete. The staff there are exceptionally friendly and genuinely care for your pets. I highly recommend their services! Thank you for the excellent service!

My experience was awesome, I love the ball python and Sisa made me want to buy the snake. He makes the visit very pleasant and I would come back again just for the experience.

A really fantastic place to buy pet food. The only issue is the shelves are a bit weirdly arranged so you have to look in several different places throughout the store to see all the brands.

Our first experience at the parlour today was simply amazing. Our little yorkie girl, Lilo, came out of there looking exactly the way we wanted her to. Thanks for that, Sam. You will definitely be seeing Lilo there regularly. Staff at this place are friendly, patient and very eager to help. I would rate them and their service a 10 out of 10!

Excellent grooming service via their new grooming app, dog came home happy and well groomed. App is very easy to use and their service is affordable without compromise. Will gladly send our dog again

Fantastic groomer, really cuts the hair beautifully. It's a little bit pricey if you have more than 1 dog, depending on the length of their hair. Overall I was happy with how they looked and smelled and seeing how he took care of the dogs.
