The Queen Pet Shop - Queens Corner

This is my favourite pet shop to go to especially for the wide reptile selection! I am a big reptile person and love going there to see what they have in stock. Many of the items as well as reptile selection and vast and super helpful/affordable when wanting to get supplies quickly and efficiently. I would give it a 5 star if the set up for the snakes were a bit better and more align with their needs such as higher humidity for the ball pythons to have a proper shed(like spritzing or humid box for when in blue since stuck shed can cause issues down the line) and properly fitting hides. They do take well care of the lizards such as the Leopard geckos that come in. I do truly love this shops and the staff are friendly!

Will not be making use of this store anymore. This morning was my second bad experience here. The staff is very rude and makes you feel unwelcome. Service of the cashier was the worst part. It felt like it was beneath her to make herself available to take my money...

Very rude staff. When you call the owner to complain she doesn't care to return your call. Give this place a BIG miss - go to other pet shops rather!! Use to shop at their Glen Fair branch - will not do so again.

This company hires rude and incompetent staff that ruin your day everytime you visit.

1/5 stars I am compelled to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent visit to "The Queen Pet Shop". Despite the store's extensive selection of pets and pet supplies, the experience was marred by the egregious behavior of the staff. The rudeness and lack of professionalism displayed by the staff were unacceptable. Their dismissive and condescending attitude towards customers is a significant concern, and I would strongly advise the management to prioritize staff training and customer service. The staff's behavior was not only unprofessional but also bordered on being offensive. I was shocked by the lack of courtesy and respect shown to me as a customer. *Rating breakdown:* - Pet selection: 4/5 - Product quality: 3/5 - Staff behavior: 0/5 - Customer service: 0/5 Unless "The Queen Pet Shop" takes immediate action to address the staff's behavior and improve customer service, I would not recommend it to anyone. The store's potential is wasted by the staff's unacceptable conduct. *very disappointed..*

Always get great help. And they have all the things you need for your pets

Such a pleasure to shop there! Everything from pet food to reptiles is sold there. Friendly staff. I managed to find my Jack Russel's met food, Lionel's pet dood there. My Jack Russel can only eat that foor for he is very allergic to other pet food. Great stuff.
