The Queen is here to help humans do everything they can to ensure the health, comfort and happiness of their animals. We offer a wide selection of quality products that will aid you in feeding, housing, clothing, grooming and working with your trusted companions and we’d love to have you walk through one of our stores and experience the quality of our work. We try look at each experience we offer through the eyes of our actual customer – your best friend.

Brought two fishes and one died went back the following day and had to explain to three different staff one thing. Did not appreciate the manner. The one lady was so rude shouting from the counter. So unprofessional. I have been buying from the shop for the past two years and today was my last

I have been going to Queens for a number of years now and have always received the friendliest service and the staff have always been so helpful. I think what got my attention even more this year was when I bought dog food before the new year and they asked me if I needed anything to calm my dogs for possible fireworks. It was such a simple question, but meant sooo much to me. Thank You to the staff at Queens Pet shop for your friendly and knowledgeable assistance everytime!!

Good selection of product at reasonable prices and very friendly and helpful staff.

Good day I would like to thank Tyson for his outstanding service. Your loyal customer service is remarkable. Customers often ask for you by name and you have a lot of repeat customers as a result. Splendid job!
