The Queen Pet Shop - Winmore

Really nice store and friendly assistance. We were looking for a harness for our ferret and even thou could not assist, they went out of their way to try and find alternatives, spending time assisting (playing 😁) with Lilly the ferret and overall just being nice.

I popped in for a few things after my teacup Yorkie was at the vet so took her in with me. The staff were incredibly friendly and saw she was scared and shaking so gave her a treat and spoke so gently to her. They also have a good range of things for cats, dogs, birds, and fish.

I've been to this pet shop a few times. The women working here are absolute sweethearts. I had one bad experience with the older male worker, but other than that I love this shop, prices are very low compared to other pet stores and they have quality brands that are hard to find anywhere else. Phones are answered very quickly and they often keep my order aside for fast checkout when I phone in. 10/10 would recommend.

I received excellent service when I visited. A knowledgeable lady assisted me, making my first experience with my pet fish seamless and enjoyable.

All Queen Pet Shops are amazing, but if you want expertise advice, visit this one. Amber gives such good advice and is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to fish. The shop is well stocked and they have point card system which is a great help when you spend as much time as I do at pet shops 😀
