Absolute Pets Cresta

I had an exceptional shopping experience at Absolute Pets Cresta, thanks to Mercia's outstanding service. She was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, making my visit truly enjoyable. The store itself was immaculately clean, well-organized, and well-stocked, making it easy to find what I needed. Please pass on my gratitude to Mercia for her fantastic service. I look forward to my next visit!!

Our pet store of choice! The shop assistants are always super friendly and helpful- Luthando is our absolute fave!

Although the current store assistant is good: I find the shelves at Cresta store a bit chaotic. You have the same brand sitting at different ends of the store so if you don't ask you assume they badly stocked. One example is Royal Canin dog food: one portion stock is near the counter; the other on a shelf other end of the store. Same as the cat treats: all over the place.

Went in just to buy dog food and was helped by the loveliest lady! was so nice to be asked about my dog! she was so happy and friendly had a conversation about rescue dogs and it was just so sweet of her to ask and be so lovely! really nice in a time of "in and out" shopping to be spoken to with such kindness! She started with " and who are we buying for today" and just such a lovely vibe!

I have been a loyal supporter of this store purchasing Acana food and several other bits and pieces over the last 2 years. Lately however it happened 3 times that I got to the store - no-one there!! This morning I waited over 20 minutes. The girl's excuse - I was in the bathroom. NOT ON!! I will not use the store again.

I went in to just get a few pouches of my baby's favourite Royal Canin wet food, and the lovely lady working there signed me up for the loyalty program which has great benefits! Thank you Jacqueline, it was a nice and efficient experiene. Clean store, fast assistance, good stock variety.

I consistently purchase from Absolute Pets Cresta. Good quality items and the service from Luthando is excellent !!
