This small specialised shop packs a whopping punch. They carry all the products I need to keep my modest 8000L koi pond maintained. In times of pond crisis, help is a phone call away and if you don't mind waiting a day or 2, the team that arrives really know what it's about and can fix what went wrong effectively. AKA ‐ not swimming pool guys, but real specialists at a decent price.
Thomas at Aqua Ponds has been incredibly helpful for us! We had multiple issues with a pond in our garden, and he was able to sort out the issue every time. We then turned our swimming pool into a pond, and Thomas and his team gave us great recommendations on what to do and installed equipment to get the best result possible. All has worked well. Great work from AquaPonds!
Sounds like a nice guy, never attended to the appointment he setup with me, also no feedback to arrange a new date. Likely too busy. Went with a different company.
I was at the happy koi/ aqua pond near northgate. Sadly to say ... service was not good at all. I had asked for how a specific product was meant to be used. The lady handed me the bottle and told me to read the instructions. Its either she has no idea whats going on or the place is just pathetic with customer service. If you new to the hobby, STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

Good products and inatore help... but I do have an issue...sent emails a month ago and what's apps which are read and not responded too...
Koi fish industry, they don't always have what you are looking for. Some products almost killed my fish, just check the labels make sure is what you are looking for, get exactly what you want do get the options, you will mess up your pond.
